We are working with app developers to allow you to request options such as Extras Cover and Signature on Delivery, but unfortunately these are not currently offered on our website. 

FREE SHIPPING OFFER - orders over $200

Free shipping is available via Sendle only for orders over $200.

Our Free Shipping offer is therefore not available to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect Locations. 

In my experience Sendle are very reliable, and deal with very rare cases of lost parcels or insurance claims much more efficiently than Australia Post.

If you don't want to have your order sent using Sendle, the Regular and Express Posts options are still available to you, however it is not included in our FREE SHIPPING OFFER. xxx Cat

Express Post is also recommended for customers in SA and WA as standard road delivery from Cairns can be slow.

SHIPPING TRACKING & SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES 

Postal times with Australia Post and Sendle vary between locations throughout Australia. 

Shipment notifications will be emailed or SMS (depending the contact information provided by you). 

Please check your junk mail/spam folder if you cannot find a notification after 3-4 business days.  A list of supported email clients can be found below.

LOST PARCELS

If your parcel has been lost in transit you will need to follow up with Australia Post or Sendle using the tracking links that are sent to you. 
Sendle will action lost or missing parcels very quickly. Australia Post will require you to wait 10 business days after the parcel is late to submit an enquiry. 
Kit & Co. takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged items in the post. However, the shipping services do provide limited compensation for items lost or damaged (not delayed) for specific services (see above table), which you can claim. Kit and Co will provide as much support as possible in these rare cases.

 

ITEMS MISSING FROM ORDER

If we've made a mistake packing your order... let us fix it! 

Please send an email asap to hell0@kitandco.com.au and a photo of what you did receive so we can rectify the problem. 

RETURNS

If you have any concerns please email hello@kitandco.com.au within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Photos of damage or breakage will assist us to identify the issue, and please include your order number to save us all time. 

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. 

As we work part-time, please allow 2-3 business days for a response to your email. Refunds/replacements are at the discretion of Kit & Co.

If we do agree for you to return an item that we do not deem faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you get authorisation prior to sending a return. 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Kit & Co. works hard to maintain stock levels for all items on their website. However, there may be unavoidable occasions when:

  • All or part of your order cannot be fulfilled immediately, or
  • All or part of your order cannot be fulfilled at all.

Where part of an order cannot be fulfilled Kit & Co. may refund the items that cannot be supplied (you will receive an email notification) or we will ship the items at our expense at a later date. 

Unfortunately because of the small size of our team we are unable to liaise with customers, and this decision will be at our discretion in order to keep despatching orders in a timely fashion.
